A single-vineyard sparkling field blend led by Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris. Co-fermented in older Burgundy barrels and amphora, then bottled without added sulphur, fining or dosage. Naturally expressive and firmly dry. 11% ABV.
