UKFizz Ltd uses your contact details to review your submission and contact you about it. Your name, email and private notes are not displayed on the event page. Privacy Policy.

Featured is a one-off payment of £15, subject to approval. Your promotion starts on the date agreed with UKFizz and runs for up to 30 days, ending sooner when your event or series finishes. If we cannot approve it, we will arrange a full refund.

What exactly does Featured include?

Up to three matching events share the sponsored Events section. One shared homepage slot rotates between active campaigns. The normal diary remains in date order.

One creative is shared on UKFizz Instagram and Facebook, plus a story, using your supplied details and images with one correction round. We agree the schedule before activation. Social promotion is prepared by UKFizz; it is not an automatic post. Paid advertising spend, photography and guaranteed bookings are not included.

How do repeating dates work?

A weekly or monthly series has one listing. Its next session appears in the diary. Monthly means the same date each month; months without that date are skipped. For irregular schedules or first-Friday patterns, explain the dates in Notes so we can check the best way to list them.

The feature buys a promotion period, not individual sessions. When that period finishes, your free listing remains until the series ends.

What if my event is soon, changes or is cancelled?

Promotion lasts up to 30 days and ends when the event or series finishes, if sooner. The fee is the same for a shorter period. We confirm we can deliver the feature before activating it; if we cannot, we arrange a full refund.

Tell us promptly about changes or cancellation using this form or our Contact page. We stop cancelled-event promotion and review any refund with you. No automatic renewal or ticket sales are handled by UKFizz.
