A dry, naturally fermented field blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris. The current release combines 2022 fruit with 2021 and 2020 reserve wines, aged 21 months on the lees and disgorged in March 2025. Zero dosage; 12% ABV.
