The inaugural edition brings together 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier from the 2020 harvest and 2019 reserve wines. Three years on the lees add complexity to its precise chalk-and-flint character. Brut, with 7 g/L dosage.
