Made entirely from Chardonnay grown in West Sussex and Hampshire, Cuvée Chérie is Nyetimber’s multi-vintage demi-sec sparkling wine. Lemon and tangerine aromas sit alongside honey and mineral notes. The palate balances sweet citrus fruit with crisp acidity.
Nyetimber recommends serving it with strawberries and cream, fruit tarts, afternoon tea or fragrant Asian dishes.
