Hawkinge
Terlingham brings together wine growing and visitor experiences at its Hawkinge vineyard. Its wines are made with Defined Wine, using grapes from its own vines and a small network of other local vineyards. The current range includes sparkling white and rosé, an amazing Bacchus, a Cabernet Cortis and Rondo red, and a Pinot Noir and Dornfelder rosé. They will be adding two new reds from their 2025 harvest, and a new style Bacchus.
The vineyard overlooks the English Channel from the Kent North Downs. Terlingham describes its farming as regenerative, using cover crops, limiting soil disturbance and encouraging biodiversity. It reports certification through Sustainable Wines of Great Britain.

Visits combine a vineyard walk with a tasting of still and sparkling wines in the Tasting Barn. The advertised tasting is £40 per person. A £65 Wine & Cheese Experience adds cheeses, cured meats, bread, olives and an additional glass of wine. Group bookings are available.
