What’s the plan?
A hands-on session with winemaker Holly at Daws Hill. Compare sweetness levels, select your dosage and complete disgorging, corking and finishing your own sparkling wine. The £100 booking is per bottle, not per person, and includes your finished bottle. Confirm arrangements for solo guests or pairs with the organiser.
