Who provides the service
UKFizz Ltd operates the Equipment Exchange. Contact scott@ukfizz.co.uk. Registered office: Studio 9, 50 To 54 St. Pauls Square, Birmingham, England, B3 1QS.
What your listing includes
Enter your equipment details first. We calculate the listing fee from your asking price, then collect your account details, billing details and payment at checkout. Paid submissions are reviewed before publication. One approved equipment listing runs for 60 days from publication. Up to £250 asking price: £5; over £250 to £1,000: £10; above £1,000: £20. Fees are in pounds sterling. UKFizz is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT on listing fees. The equipment asking price must state its total including any VAT the seller charges.
If the equipment remains unsold when the listing expires, you can renew that same listing once for another 60 days at no extra charge. There are no automatic paid renewals and no commission on the equipment sale. A listing does not guarantee views, enquiries or a sale.
Seller responsibilities
You must own the equipment or have authority to advertise it. Provide accurate descriptions, condition, known faults, asking price, location including country, and photographs you have permission to use. Do not submit unlawful, stolen or misleading material. Keep your account secure and mark equipment sold promptly. Live edits return to review and do not restart the expiry date. Price reductions are supported; contact us about increases.
Equipment transactions
UKFizz provides advertising and enquiry forwarding. It does not inspect or warrant equipment, collect its purchase price, arrange delivery or act as the seller. Buyers and sellers must agree inspection, suitability, safety, payment, collection and any applicable VAT directly. A business seller remains responsible for its legal obligations to buyers. These terms do not remove statutory rights.
Cancellation and refunds
You can withdraw an unpaid submission by emailing us. Cancel a paid listing within 14 days after payment for a full refund, including where publication has begun; the listing is then withdrawn. Contact scott@ukfizz.co.uk with your order number and an unambiguous cancellation request. Refunds will use the original payment method and be made within 14 days after cancellation. After that period, a sale or change of mind does not automatically qualify for a refund, but your statutory rights remain. If UKFizz cannot provide the paid listing service, we will refund the fee for the undelivered service as appropriate.
By paying the listing fee, you request review and publication once your listing is approved, including during any cancellation period. This does not remove the cancellation policy above.
Moderation and complaints
We may return a submission for correction, refuse unsuitable equipment or suspend misleading or unlawful listings. Contact us with the listing or order reference if something goes wrong. We will review the issue and explain the outcome. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Privacy and content permission
You give UKFizz permission to display your submitted equipment description and photographs for the listing service. Your billing address and private account email are not published. Buyer enquiries share the sender’s name, email and message with the seller only after the sender agrees. See our privacy policy.
