The seller describes the brewhouse as having an electrically heated copper, manual electrics and pumps reported on the HLT, mash tun and copper. The mash tun has a motor, internal paddles and a false floor. No whirlpool or plate heat exchanger is included.

Seller-reported figures: 700–1,000 litres finished wort; maximum grist 185 kg; typical brew duration 6–7 hours. Mash tun and copper capacities are each reported as approximately 1,500 litres. These are separate seller figures, not verified volume measurements; “5 bbl” is the sale designation. Buyers should confirm usable capacity and batch suitability.

The HLT and heating element are included in the complete package. The element is supplied loose and requires installation. Refrigeration compressors are detached. Refrigeration, controls and connections have not been tested since dismantling. Refrigerant type, electrical requirements, completeness and recommissioning requirements remain to be confirmed.

The buyer arranges collection and transport. Loading arrangements must be agreed with Sulwath Brewers. Exact inclusions in the separate brewhouse package remain subject to seller confirmation.
